- FREE shipping for account customers within a 100 miles radius. For non-account customers, minimum shipping and handling charge of $5.95. For shipping within the continental U.S., add 10% for orders totaling under $100.00. For orders over $100.00, the actual freight charge will be billed. - DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES:

immediately upon delivery. Please note shipping shortages and/or
damages on the copy of the freight bull before signing. Please
inform us of defective merchandise, damages, or shortages within
10 days of receipt. Include your account name and invoice number
