1. No purchase is required.
2. Entry must be completed On-line at EduMart®.
3. No more than one entry is allowed per 24 hour period. If more than one entry per 24 hour period is received from the same contestant, those entries will be disqualified.
4. Multiple entries on different days are allowed and increase the chance of winning.
5. The chance of winning is based upon the number of entries, and will vary.
6. Employees of EduMart® or stores within the EduMart® Mall are not eligible for the drawing. Employees of Creative Toys USA are also not eligible for the drawing. Entries from outside the U.S., Canada, and its territories are not eligible.
7. The drawing from the list of eligible contestants will be held on April 3rd 2006.
8. The winner will be posted on this page on or about July 5th 2006 and will also be notified via email. Prize will not ship until email confirmation has been made. Confirmation of win must be acknowledged within 10 days of drawing. If the winner does not respond within this time another winner will be drawn.
9. Creative Toys USA will ship the winners prize to the winner at the address listed on the entry form. All postage is paid by Learning Resources.
10. By entering the drawing, contestants give consent to placing their names on our mailing and email list. This list will not be sold.
11. Contest is void where prohibited.
12. You must be at least 18 years old to enter.
